Products covered: The Approval Flow course, community, templates, checklists, and the custom GPT assistant (together, the “Services”).
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CBM Strategic, LLC. By accessing or using the Services you accept these Terms.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.
You use the Services for business purposes only.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.
Accounts and security
Keep your login private. One seat equals one human.
Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Purchases and billing
Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method.
Unless a written guarantee or refund policy is shown at checkout, all sales are final except where required by law.
“Lifetime access”
Lifetime means the life of the product or platform, not your lifetime.
We may update, rename, move, or retire features to keep the product working.
If we discontinue a product, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
License and ownership
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials, templates, and tools for your own business.
You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, white-label, or make derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Services and all content remain the intellectual property of CBM Strategic, LLC and its licensors.
User content and community
You may post questions, wins, and files in the community. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide license to host, display, and moderate that content to operate the community.
Do not post confidential info, credentials, or anything you do not want other members or moderators to see.
Be respectful. No spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate rules.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
Share paid materials outside your seat or scrape the course.
Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a business.
Upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or reverse-engineer the Services.
Use the Services for illegal products or activities.
No legal, tax, or financial advice
The Services provide education and general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We do not create an attorney-client or advisor relationship. You should consult qualified professionals for your facts and jurisdiction.
Compliance is your responsibility
We teach process. Results depend on your documents, facts, category, and platform decisions. Platforms can change rules at any time. You are responsible for your compliance and submissions.
Third-party services
We use providers such as Skool, Typeform, payment processors, analytics, file hosting, and AI infrastructure. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third parties.
AI assistant
Prompts and outputs may be logged to operate and improve the assistant. Do not submit secrets or credentials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
Changes to the Services
We may add, remove, or modify content, features, or modules to maintain quality and accuracy, including when platforms update policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. You may stop using the Services at any time. Fees already paid are not refundable unless required by law.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that you will obtain approval, avoid verification, or achieve specific results. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBM Strategic, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CBM Strategic, LLC and its affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
DMCA and IP complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email us a takedown request with your contact info, the work claimed to be infringed, the specific URL or location, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We may remove or disable content and, where appropriate, suspend repeat infringers.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware or another mutually agreed location. You and we waive class actions, and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing us.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
